General Terms

Welcome to bk99bet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk99bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bk99bet platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, Jackpot Fishing, Beach Volleyball betting, and any associated features or promotional offers — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

bk99bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to communicate them through a notice on the platform or via the registered email address associated with your account. Your continued use of bk99bet following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read together with the bk99bet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and bk99bet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the bk99bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bk99bet does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, place a bet, or access any real-money gaming feature. 18+
• You must be accessing bk99bet from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bk99bet or on any affiliated platform. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. bk99bet accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated by bk99bet for breach of these Terms.

bk99bet employs a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to submit valid proof of identity and proof of age before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include government-issued national ID cards, passports, and driving licences. bk99bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending successful KYC verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by bk99bet, you are required to create a single, personal player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bk99bet. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bk99bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and forfeit any balances held within those accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bk99bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bk99bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Updated details may be submitted via the account settings panel or by contacting our support team.
• No corporate accounts: bk99bet accounts may only be registered by and for natural persons. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal entities may not register accounts on the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bk99bet supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

All deposits made to bk99bet must originate from a payment account held in your own name. bk99bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status.

bk99bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳50,000. Such checks are conducted in the interest of player account security and regulatory compliance and will not unduly delay legitimate withdrawal requests.

bk99bet does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. bk99bet is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees.

Bonus & Promotions

bk99bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time it is communicated to you:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus terms specific to each offer. It is your responsibility to review these terms before claiming any bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bk99bet reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any given offer at its sole discretion. A player may not be eligible for a promotion if they have previously abused a bonus or have been identified as engaging in bonus exploitation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another remains active and subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Prohibited games: Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards the completion of wagering requirements. Refer to the specific bonus terms for a list of eligible games and contribution rates.
• Expiry: All bonuses and any associated free spins have an expiry date. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Abuse prevention: bk99bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("hedging"), use of automated betting systems, and collusion. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate bonus forfeiture and may face account suspension.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on bk99bet across all available markets, including cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), Beach Volleyball, and all other sports and virtual markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bk99bet. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to your account. Until that confirmation is received, your bet should not be considered accepted.
• Odds fluctuation: Odds displayed on bk99bet are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. In live in-play betting markets, odds may shift significantly between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. bk99bet is not responsible for any difference between the odds you observed and the odds at which your bet is ultimately accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on bk99bet. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account status.
• Void bets: bk99bet reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the event of a palpable error in the odds (e.g., a price that is clearly incorrect relative to the true market), data feed failure, event abandonment, or any other circumstance that renders the outcome of a bet indeterminate or the odds materially inaccurate. Void bets will have their stake returned to the player's account.
• Prohibited practices: The following practices are strictly prohibited on bk99bet and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings: match fixing or any form of corruption, use of automated betting systems or bots, arbitrage betting in conjunction with bonus funds, and exploitation of software errors or technical faults.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of bk99bet shall be final and binding, subject only to evidence of manifest error. All disputes must be raised with our support team within 48 hours of the disputed settlement.

Account Suspension & Closure

bk99bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Engagement in prohibited betting practices as defined in Section 06 above.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, bk99bet may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, bk99bet reserves the right to forfeit the withheld balance. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our 24/7 Live Chat support team or by emailing support@bk99bet. Voluntary account closures for responsible gaming purposes — including self-exclusion requests — are processed immediately and irreversibly for the requested exclusion period.

Limitation of Liability

bk99bet provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, bk99bet expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bk99bet shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the bk99bet platform or any service provided thereon, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — bk99bet.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information, content, or odds displayed on the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond bk99bet's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bk99bet's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, bk99bet's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted.
